Service Description
Flowstate is a low-impact, mind-body workout, blending flowing movements, controlled breathing and focused stretching. Flowstate has been designed to improve flexibility, core strength and posture. The session typically begins with slow meditative exercises to calm the mind and warm up the body. We then progresses through a series of standing and mat-based routines. This build strength and mobility, finishing off with a short period of stillness and focus on breath, promoting mental clarity and stress reduction. Our movements are synchronized to a music enhancing rhythm and relaxation.
